Pay: $38-62,000 per year depending on experience

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Location: 1308 Vermillion St., Hastings, MN 55033

Position Type: Full-time, direct-hire position

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, outgoing, and a natural self-starter, curious, results-oriented and focused on searching for and finding the best candidates for our customers. A great manager grasps the importance that a good selection helps all parties involved.

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Increasing profitability in the branch through new business development, cost containment, and growth from established clients
  • Fulfilling the staffing needs of our customers and guiding their employees along successful and rewarding careers
  • Set, meet, and achieve all metrics for division operations including sales, recruiting, fulfillment, and payroll
  • Recruiting and managing field staff from hiring up to termination of employment
  • Establish and maintain good public relations and networking within the community to develop new business

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of staffing industry experience but applicants with similar work experiences in various B2B sales or management positions have been successful in the role too.
