Details:

Pay: $38-62,000 per year depending on experience

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday; maybe some rotating Saturday morning shifts

Location: 208 Kishwaukee St., Rockford, IL 61104

Position Type: Full-time, direct-hire position

• Communicate sometimes forcefully and always respectfully with the goal of bringing the company forward
• Maintaining and cultivating strong and respectful relationships with job seekers to ensure optimally beneficial match for the for both the company and employee
• Maintain strong positive customer relationships to more efficiently fulfill current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate with department managers and team leaders to identify current and future hiring needs
• Attend job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events
• Manage candidates' information (e.g. resumes and contact details) in our Applicant Tracking System
• Conduct daily tasks with the highest respect for privacy and an immense attention to detail
• Prepare weekly hiring status reports
• Ensure proper on boarding for new hires to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience for both the customer and the employee

Ideal applicants would have staffing industry experience but candidates with similar work experiences in various sales or customer services positions have been successful in the role too.
