Details:

Pay: $30-55,000 per year depending on experience

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Location: 208 Kishwaukee St., Rockford, IL 61104

Position Type: Full-time, direct-hire position

Further Details:

Human resources generalists are responsible for overseeing and directing the administration of the day-to-day operations of human resources functions and duties. Keys to success in this position include, but may not be limited to:

• Posting job ads, screen, interview and hiring of internal staff members
• Managing both unemployment and workers' compensation claims.
• Recruitment sourcing and talent acquisition
• Administer a weekly audit and compilation of accurate WOTC documentation from all branch locations.
• Processes E-Verify on new hires in timely manner.
• Review employment eligibility and follow up with appropriate parties to ensure completion.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience in human resources management
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
