Corporate Services, Inc. has immediate job openings in Sterling, IL for heat treat operators to train on second shift and move to third shift after training. Current openings pay $15-16.00/hour. Primary responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, control one or more furnaces to heat metal objects according to specifications, determine prescribed formula, adjust furnace temp and observe pyrometer to heat metal to prescribed temperature, place parts and remove parts from conveyor on a time cycle/quench parts in water, oil, or other bath or air cool parts, and test hardness of parts.
