Ideal candidates will have at least ten years of staffing industry experience and a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

• Strengthen profitability across all our branches and states through new business development strategies, cost containment measures, and growth from established clients
• Set and direct all metrics for division operations including sales, recruiting, fulfillment, and payroll
• Establish and maintain good public relations and networking within the community to develop new business
• Lead regional managers in increasing revenue, staffing facilities in multiple states, creating new profit centers
• Provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems to effectively grow the organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency
• Collaborate with the president to set and drive the corporate vision and operational strategy
• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning
