| ABOUT THE ROCKFORD OFFICE | |
| Founded
in 1986 in a tiny one-room office on Hall street, Corporate Services, Inc.
has grown to include multiple offices across Northern Illinois and southern
Wisconsin. Since its inception, Corporate Services has undergone several
changes. We changed offices in 1986 and 1988 due to phenomenal growth. Then,
in July 1995 we moved into our current location at 208 Kishwaukee street;
a heavily populated area of Rockford with a great supply of labor. This
office provides plenty of room for the growth that our future promises.
Corporate Services was founded in 1986 by four people; Roger C. Buck, Charlotte Potter, Ulean Doran Thompson, and Lou Quilici. In 1988 Lou Quilici left Corporate Services to pursue other interests. In April 1995, Charlotte Potter and Ulean Doran Thompson retired, selling their interests to Roger C. Buck. Since that time, Corporate Services has functioned as a corporation with a sole owner/president, and its success continues to increase. The
Rockford office is a fully functional staffing firm, and serves as the
central location for A/P, A/R, and payroll. As the home office we stay
current with all our customers' needs. When the branch offices close at
5:00 pm, all calls are forwarded to Rockford. With someone in the office
from 5:00 am until 12:00 midnight weekdays, 8:00 am until 12:00 noon on
Saturday, and 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight on Sunday, we provide personal
attention to answer your questions and dispatch employees to work on your
jobs.
